Good to know

Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?

No. You book one session at a time. Many clients come back regularly, but there's no minimum commitment.

What happens in the free scoping call?

We use it to understand your situation, agree on what we'll cover, and make sure the engagement is worthwhile for both sides. No pitch, no obligation.

How do I pay?

We invoice after each session or workshop. Payment is due within 14 days. We accept bank transfer.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — up to 24 hours before the session at no cost. Late cancellations may be charged at 50%.
